Funktion: Loading of pcbs vertically into a line or
unloading of pcbs from a line
Unloading:

The pcbs are set up into cassettes or
stacked in a magazine vertically. The cassette or the
magazine is transported by a special cart to the Vertical Loader
and being pushed directly to the infeed. The
cart can be docked to the Loader. Thus the cart
has the same height as the infeed of the Loader.
Here the swivel arm grips each pcb from below, raises
it and puts it down on the transport level (=
infeed of the line). |

For loading pcbs from a magazine each
pcb is brought forward first by vacuum
suckers and is gripped afterwards by the swivel arm
to be put down on the transport level = infeed
of the line. Here the pcb can be centred
pneumatically (option). The requested distance of
the pcbs can be adjusted at the operation panel of
the Loader. The centred pcb runs into the line
with same distance as the previous
ones. |
After the last
pcb has been taken off from magazine or cassette, an alarm will
sound and the light tower will flash to alert the
operator.
Cassette: The pcbs are standing in slots with a distance
of 12mm, max. 50 pcbs per cassette.
Magazine: The pcbs are stacked in a magazine, touching
each other, max. 100 pcbs per magazine.
