Scope of application, mode of operation and advantages of the exhaust
The freshly coated printed circuit boards must evaporate before drying. This task is performed by the exhaust fan from MASS. The printed circuit boards enter the flash-off system via belts and are taken over by product carriers. After the second coating, a V-shaped product carrier is inserted. The printed circuit board is moved upwards on the product carrier, pushed to the outfeed side and cycled down again. In the process, it passes through several zones of flash-off at a controlled temperature. The solvents can escape without any problems. The lacquer remains in complete rest.
The advantages of the flash off system are the gentle transport of the freshly coated printed circuit boards on product carriers and the additional resting phases before drying. The infeed and outfeed is automatic. The compact design of this system solution enables space-saving use of the system.
